Privacy Policy

Updated August 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Link Management Systems, Inc. ("Link," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our services, including our website, mobile applications, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

Scope; Financial Services Affiliates This Privacy Policy applies to the Link technology platform operated by Link Management Systems, Inc. Personal information collected by our licensed financial-services affiliates in connection with mortgage or escrow services — First Link Mortgage (NMLS #2527988) and Linked Escrow (DFPI License No. 96DBO-189708) — is governed by those companies' own privacy notices provided under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) and by applicable federal and state financial privacy laws, not by this Policy. Information subject to the GLBA is exempt from certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act.

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

For users of the web platform only, we also collect payment information processed securely through third-party providers.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use our Services, we automatically collect:

The LINK Tools mobile app does not collect location data, advertising identifiers, or analytics beyond the above. Cookies and browser-based analytics apply to our website only.

Information from Third Parties

We may receive information about you from third parties, including:

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Text Messaging

This section applies to the Link website and web platform. The LINK Tools mobile app does not send SMS messages.

If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive recurring text messages at the phone number you provide, which may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Mobile opt-in information and text-messaging consent are not shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share your information as follows:

LINK Tools Mobile App: The LINK Tools mobile app contains no advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking libraries. We do not share information collected through the app for cross-context behavioral advertising. The Tracking label in App Store Connect is set to No.

Subprocessors: We use the following third-party service providers to operate our platform:

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. However, our use of third-party advertising and analytics cookies on our website may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act. You may opt out of this sharing at any time through the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link in our website footer or by using a browser-based opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For transaction records, we retain data in accordance with applicable real estate, mortgage, and escrow regulations, which may require retention for several years after a transaction closes.

When an account deletion is requested through the app (Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account) or through link.ai/data-deletion, deletion takes effect immediately: your login access is removed, push tokens are cleared, and your invite record is deactivated. Remaining personal information on the account record is anonymised within 30 days. Note: business records associated with your account — property links, leads, tours, saved searches, branding — are retained and excluded from public-facing pages rather than deleted, as required for business continuity and regulatory purposes.

6. Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems.

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest. Access controls, audit logs, and regular security reviews are part of our security program. On iOS, authentication tokens are stored in the iOS Keychain using industry-standard secure enclave protections.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Account Information

You may update or correct your account information at any time by logging into your account settings. To delete your account from the app, go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You may also request deletion at app.link.ai/data-deletion (available without needing app access). See Section 5 for what deletion covers and what is retained.

Communications

You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. You may not opt out of transactional or service-related communications.

Notifications and Device Permissions

You can turn off push notifications at any time in iOS Settings → LINK Tools → Notifications, or through the Notification Settings screen within the app. The app works fully with notifications off. The photo library permission is optional and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings → LINK Tools → Photos.
