LINK Tools Support
LINK Tools is the iPhone app for LINK agents — property links, buyer tours, leads, saved searches, valuations, and the AI copilot.
Getting access
No account yet?
LINK Tools accounts are created by your brokerage — there is no public sign-up. Ask your broker or office admin to invite your work email address. Once invited, sign in with Apple, Google, or your email and password.
Common questions
I can't sign in.
Use the same sign-in method you used the first time (Apple, Google, or email + password). Email and password resets are handled on the sign-in screen. If your invite was sent to a different email address than the one you are trying, contact your brokerage to update it.
I'm not getting notifications.
Check iOS Settings → LINK Tools → Notifications and make sure notifications are allowed. You can also adjust which notifications you receive from the Notification settings screen inside the app. LINK Tools works fully with notifications turned off.
I want to delete my account.
Go to
Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account in the app, or visit
app.link.ai/data-deletion. Deletion takes effect immediately — your login is removed and push tokens are cleared. Remaining personal information on your account is anonymised within 30 days. Note: your business records (links, leads, tours) are retained and excluded from public pages rather than deleted.
Where do I find my links, leads, tours, and valuations?
Everything is in the main dashboard when you open the app. Links shows your property links and QR codes. Tours shows buyer tours you have built or published. Leads tracks contacts from your links and tours. Valuations shows home valuation reports you have shared.
My profile photo isn't updating.
Go to Profile and tap your photo. The app uses your photo library — if iOS hasn't granted access, go to iOS Settings → LINK Tools → Photos and set it to Selected Photos or All Photos.
Something looks wrong — how do I report a bug?
Email
support@link.ai and include:
- App version and build number (Settings → About)
- iOS version (iOS Settings → General → About)
- A screenshot or screen recording if possible
- Roughly when the problem happened
- Your account email address
Requirements
LINK Tools requires an iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later. The app is designed for iPhone and is not offered for iPad.
